I can't login to the Support Center. Why?

The Support Center and your SWGEmu account are two seperate accounts and do not share the same password.

When you create a support ticket a Support Account, with a randomly generated password, is created and e-mailed to you. This randomly generated password can be changed by logging into your account and clicking the "Change Support Password" link.
