Will Quality Assurance generate items I need?

Quality Assurance no longer generates items for Nova testers. This will especially be true after the 13th of May when Liberator is taken offline.

There is only -ONE- exception:
If you are looking to have items generated for you, in order to facilitate a testing focus, please submit a support ticket to the Nova department. These requests are handled on a case-by-case bases dependant on the reason for the request.

Please include the following:

  • Character name
  • Items you need generated and the quantitiy
  • Specific testing you are doing

This request will be weighed on the following criteria:

  • What the testing focus is at the time.
  • Is the item you're requesting available via normal means in-game?
  • Have you helped QA 1-on1 in the past?
  • The quality of your Mantis tickets.

Aceblade is the only person who can grant these requests and ONLY through the support center. All tells or messages to Quality Assurance or other staff members requesting items will be denied.
